Press Register and fill in the form: first name, last name, date of birth, email, password, address, city and postcode. You must accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy; marketing consent is a separate, optional box. Once the form is sent we email you a verification link, and the account is activated when you open it.

Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the United Kingdom. The date of birth you enter is checked against this rule at registration, and the identity document you upload later must confirm it. Accounts are held in pounds sterling only. If you are under 18 or live outside the UK, you cannot open an account. Our Responsible Gambling page explains the age rule and the checks behind it.

Betting in Great Britain is lawful only for adults, and our licence requires us to check age before a customer bets or withdraws. We ask for your date of birth at registration, confirm it with a photo ID during verification, and cannot accept bets from anyone under 18. The age gate you see on your first visit is the same rule applied at the door.

The link is sent to the address you typed at registration and works once, for 24 hours. Check the spam or junk folder first, then open the verification page and request a new link — the old one stops working the moment a new one is issued. Until you open the link the account stays in a pending state and you cannot log in or deposit.

Use Forgot password and enter the email on your account. We send a one-time reset link that stays valid for one hour; open it, choose a new password and log in as usual. If the link has expired, request another from the same page. A password must be at least 8 characters with a letter and a number.

Verification is the identity check our licence requires: a photo ID such as a passport or driving licence and, if the address cannot be matched from that, a proof of address such as a bank statement. It must be complete before your first withdrawal, and we may ask for it earlier if a check is triggered. Upload documents in Verification in your account.

Verification Required means we have nothing from you yet. Pending means documents are uploaded and a person is checking them — the status does not change by itself. Verified is set only after that manual check has confirmed the document; there is no automatic approval. If a document is rejected the status returns to Verification Required with a note explaining what to send instead.

Your password is stored as a hash, never in plain text, and the session cookie is used to protect every form against forged requests. You can change your password at any time in Security. Never share your login with anyone else — the account is personal, and bets or withdrawals made from it are treated as yours. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Racing lists the day’s race cards from Ireland and Britain, with tabs for today, tomorrow and yesterday and filters by time, status and country. Each race shows its off time, runners, going and status, and offers Win, Each-Way and Win Pool markets. Betting on a race closes at the off.

Virtual Racing is a computer-generated race run every three minutes on one of three virtual tracks. The result is produced by the game system, not by a real race, and each event is settled from that generated result. Markets and stakes work exactly as for real racing, and the same betting rules apply.

No. A virtual race is an animation with a result generated by the game system; no horses, jockeys or racecourses are involved. Because the result is random within the published odds, form and going do not apply, and no past result predicts the next. This is stated in the Betting Rules and on every virtual race card.

Win pays if your runner finishes first. Each-Way is two bets in one — a win part and a place part at a fraction of the odds — so the stake doubles. Win Pool puts your stake into a pool with other customers, and the dividend is declared after the race rather than fixed in advance. Places paid and place fractions are in the Betting Rules.

Prices are fractional by default: 5/2 means £2.50 profit for every £1 staked, plus your stake back. You can switch to decimal (3.50, stake included) with the toggle on the bet slip or in your Profile; the choice is saved to your account when you are logged in. Both formats describe the same price.

The slip lives in the dock at the bottom of every page. Tap a price next to a runner and it is added; one selection per race, so tapping another runner in the same race replaces it and tapping the same runner removes it. The slip shows the stake and the potential return before you confirm. The steps are walked through on How to Bet.

Add a selection, enter a stake between £0.10 and £1,000, check the potential return and press Place bet. The system confirms that the race is still open, that the price has not moved and that your balance covers the stake. The bet then appears under Open Bets in My Bets.

The price is re-checked at the moment of placement. If it has moved, the bet is not accepted; the slip shows the new price and asks you to place again. A bet is never taken at a price you did not see. Once accepted, the price on the slip is the one the bet settles at, as described in the Betting Rules.

The minimum stake is £0.10 and the maximum is £1,000 per bet. For an Each-Way bet the total stake is double the amount you enter, because it is two bets. Your balance must cover the full stake at the time of placement, and any deposit limit you have set in Responsible Gambling applies to the money going in, not to individual stakes.

Results shows the current and the previous day, and you can search by date or event. Bets are settled automatically from the official result, usually within minutes of it being declared; winnings go straight to your balance and the bet moves from Open Bets to Settled Bets in My Bets.

All bets on that race are void and the stakes are returned to your balance in full. The bet shows as Void under Settled Bets, and the refund appears in Transaction History. The same applies to a virtual race that fails to run. See Betting Rules for the full wording.

No. A Win or Each-Way bet on a non-runner is void and the stake is returned. Win Pool bets on a non-runner are refunded as well, in line with the pool rules. If you had other selections in other races they are unaffected — each bet stands on its own.

Open Deposit and choose Debit Card, Bank Transfer or E-wallet. The method must be in your own name, and the amount between £5 and £5,000. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited immediately; a bank transfer shows as pending until the money arrives. Details are on Deposits & Withdrawals.

Withdrawals start at £10 and go to a payment method in your name, normally the one you deposited with. Your account must be Verified first. Each request is reviewed and shows as Pending, then Completed or Rejected, in Withdrawal. We do not promise a fixed timescale; review and the payment provider each take their own time. A rejected request says why and returns the money to your balance.

My Bets has two lists. Open Bets are placed and waiting for a result, with date, event, selection, odds, stake and potential return. Settled Bets show the result, the actual return and the status — Won, Lost or Void. Every movement of money is also listed in Transaction History with date, type, amount, payment method and status.

Customer funds are held in accounts separate from the operator’s own money, as our licence requires, and the level of protection is described in the Terms and Conditions. Your balance is always visible in your account, and Transaction History records every stake, return, deposit and withdrawal so you can reconcile it yourself.

In Responsible Gambling you can set deposit limits (a decrease applies at once, an increase after 7 days), take a time-out from 24 hours to 6 weeks, self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years — which cannot be undone early — or close the account. Use the form on Complaints or write to support with “Complaint” in the subject. We register it, acknowledge in writing, review it and reply in writing. If it is not resolved within eight weeks, or you are unhappy with the final response, you can take it to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider approved by the Gambling Commission — we confirm the provider’s details in writing at that stage.
